When I started working with Enrique, I had just stepped away from my corporate career and wanted to follow my intuition toward a more autonomous way of working. At that point, I didn’t know exactly where to begin. I had many ideas and felt pulled in countless directions.
I decided to work with Enrique to gain clarity and a stronger sense of direction. I wanted to organize my thoughts and move into action. Since I didn’t yet know what that path would look like, I committed to 12 sessions to make sure I could create real progress.
What I appreciated most was Enrique’s holistic approach to coaching. Together we created a clear roadmap, so I always knew what we were working toward. We defined the steps and identified what was needed to move forward at each stage. Enrique is excellent at turning ideas into concrete actions, and held me accountable to my action plan. He is a great communicator and a super-connector.
Through the coaching sessions, I was able to clearly crystallize my strengths and values. In many ways, I simply remembered who I am and what I bring to the table.
Before I started working with Enrique, I was recently made redundant from a job I spent 4,5 years in. I tried to enjoy some time off, god knows I needed a break, but it felt like I was wasting time and wasn’t being “productive” enough, so it came with a lot of anxiety around what’s next.
After knowing Enrique personally for a while, and finding out he was dedicating all of his time to Career Coaching, I felt like this was the right next step, to help me figure out what I want to do in this next stage of my career and how to get there.
The first results came quickly, within the first month. I became very clear on what I want and am passionate about, but also – what I don’t want and won’t accept anymore. It gave me a sense of control over my career again, which was really important at that time. Over the 3 months, I not only gained clarity but I understood how I want this next stage of my life (both personal and professional) to look like, and what I need to do to get there.
After completing the program I feel empowered, I understand the value of my unique experience and most importantly, I know I won’t be settling for anything that doesn’t match my values and vision. I feel confident in what I bring to the table – heck, I am the table! (let’s hope this methaphor lands well haha). Shortly after, I accepted an offer for a position that feels aligned and exciting.
